Anxiety is a part of life; a part of life no one likes, that’s granted; but still, a part of life almost everyone has to deal with. Everyone feels anxious every now and then, as a natural response to stress. But some people have severe problems dealing with frequent anxiety; this is what’s usually called an anxiety disorder. It can be an extremely unnerving and depressing condition, and people suffering with prolonged anxiety are likely to become unable to cope with their obligations and responsibilities.
