Many people have a panic attack at some point in their life. Panic attacks are experiences of unexpected fear and extreme anxiety that gives physiological arousal and discomfort. Other symptoms like hot flashes and fainting occur due to inadequate flow of oxygen in the brain. However, one important thing to remember about signs of panic attack is that they can be one of our body’s ways of warning us to manage the levels of stress in our lives.
