Anxiety can be pretty bothering that it can make one’s life turn into turmoil, Through anxiety, some people turn to alcohol and establish a bad diet just to make them feel better in a short term. Anxiety may attack in any one at anytime even the most efficient, composed people. Others may think that anxiety is only created in the mind, that it can only resolved in the mind. It’s true however, that emotional energies exist in the body and without taking proper care of both mind and body will lead to unmanageable stress and anxiety.

Not only does food makes us relieve from hunger but certain foods have nutrients that naturally protect our body from anxiety, make us keep calm and allow our mind to work. Foods that are rich in vitamin B1 (thiamin), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, calcium and magnesium play a special role in fighting anxiety and panic. A well-rounded anti-anxiety diet is a great step that can lead to an enormous reduction in anxiety-causing stress. A diet full of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains can reduce the risk of many types of disorders. Although tension and daily stresses are unavoidable, we can relieve tension and manage stress better by what we do and don’t eat.
