Difficulty Swallowing? Get Rid of This Nightmare Anxiety Symptom

Perhaps your tension makes it hard for you to swallow solid food. Try to chew a dry biscuit or cookie. The idea is to chew it, not to swallow. Chew on and on until the biscuit is very soft and moist. Eventually after you chew for long enough you will swallow the moist biscuit automatically without noticing. You need only concentrate on chewing; the swallowing will look after itself.
