Mild anxiety speaks for itself. The intensity of an anxiety disorder can generally be of three types: mild, moderate and severe. Although not as worst compared to the other levels, mild anxiety can still be a problem for a lot of people. Most who experience the disorder can have immediate physical discomforts such as shaking and trembling, sweating, rapid heartbeat, palpitations, and problems in focusing and concentration.
Thousands of people suffer from mild anxiety. Even though mild anxiety is slighter in terms of effects, it still can be a heavy baggage especially if it occurs more often than you think. People who have this disorder tends to think that everything is going to be alright and manageable. However, if the attitude is always like this there’s never gonna be an improvement in a person’s physical and mental health condition.

Try to have a few pauses per day. Too much workload and pressure get’s you exhausted and it can lead to unpleasant discomforts soon.
Try to have at least 10-15 minutes of exercise daily. Doesn’t matter where you’ll do it as long as you keep your body active for that certain amount of time, you will surely trigger the release of the body’s endorphins (feel good hormone)
Try to resolve whatever issues you have. Sit down, relax, breathe deeply and reflect on the things that bothers you most. List them down and work on a possible step by step solution. Keeping an unresolved conflict will result in physical anxiety symptoms and emotional disaster.
